Overview
This article explains how to update the Hold Music in your Campaign. Customized hold music can keep the Lead engaged. Campaigns allow Admins to customize your Hold settings to meet their Call Center's needs.

Uploading New Music File
If you have not uploaded the Hold Music file to your Account, please follow the steps below; otherwise, skip to the next section.
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Audio Library menu option.
The Audio Library page will open.
3.) Click the Upload File button.
The Upload Media File window will open.
4.) Upload your Audio.

(A) Choose File: Click this button to open your file explorer and select a .mp3 or .wav file.
- Note: Your file must be a .mp3 or .wav file with a max size of 20 MB.
- (B) Name: The file's name on your device will appear here. You can type in a new name or leave it the same.
5.) Click the Upload button.
The Upload Successful window will open.
Editing Campaign's Hold Music
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Open your Campaign's settings by clicking the Name or selecting Settings from the Action gear-wheel drop-down.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Call Routing & Analysis tab.
5.) Select a new file in the Hold Music drop-down.
6.) Scroll down and click the Apply Changes button.
