Overview
Auto Lead Recycle is a feature that automatically redials leads with specific statuses without having to reset your lists. Workflow Lead Recycle is an advanced form of Standard Lead Recycle. With Workflow Lead Recycle, we now have the ability to set up multiple Delay Attempts per Call Count on each selected status.
The Call Count Type setting allows Admins to choose whether Leads are dialed based on the actual Call Count or the Call Count since the last List Reset.

Configure Call Count Type for Campaigns
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the Campaign Name or the Settings option in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Dispositions tab.
5.) Configure the Call Count Type:
- Actual:
The system will dial Leads based on the true number of times they have been called in the past. - Since Last Reset:
The system will dial Leads based on the number of calls since the last time the List was reset.

6.) Scroll down and click the Apply Changes button.
- When changing from Actual to Since Last Reset, a warning will appear to inform that Call Counts set to 1 must be changed to 0 to accommodate the change.

- Update Call Count Values and Save: Click this button to have the system update all the Call Counts and Save the change in Call Count Type.
- Save Without Updating: Click this button to leave the Call Counts the same and Save the change in Call Count Type.

Configure Call Count Type for Lists
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Lists option.
The Manage Lists page will open.
3.) Click Edit in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The View List page will open on the List Settings tab.
4.) Click the Dispositions tab.
5.) Select the Call Count Type in the drop-down.
- Actual:
The system will dial Leads based on the true number of times they have been called in the past. - Since Last Reset:
The system will dial Leads based on the number of calls since the last time the List was reset.
6.) Scroll down and click the Apply Changes button.
