Overview
The Manage SMS Opt-Out page contains all the Lead phone numbers that have opted out of receiving SMS messages from a Campaign. These phone numbers can no longer be messaged by specific or all SMS Campaigns.

Manage SMS Opt-Out
The Manage SMS Opt-Out page allows Admins to access all the SMS Opt-Out numbers in their Accounts. The system will use the numbers on this page to determine which Leads are open to receive SMS.
Admins can find the Manage SMS Opt-Out page in the Call Center main menu using the SMS Opt-Out option.
SMS Opt-Out Functions
Admins can use these buttons to export or add to the numbers in the SMS Opt-Out list.

Export SMS Opt-Out: This button adds the SMS Opt-Out numbers in a file to the Exports list, where you can download it.

Upload SMS Opt-Out: This button opens the Upload SMS Opt-Out page, where you can add new SMS Opt-Out numbers by uploading a file or manually entering them.

Search Fields

(A) Filter By options include:
- Campaign: Filter numbers by specific Campaigns' SMS Opt-Out Lists or the Global SMS Opt-Out List.
- Country: Filter numbers by the Lead's Country Code.
- Insert Date: Filter numbers by the Date and Time the Lead appeared on the SMS Opt-Out List.
- Phone Number: Filter numbers by their digits.
- Purpose: Filter numbers according to the purpose of the Campaign.
- Reason: Filter numbers by the Reason they were added to the SMS Opt-Out list.

(B) Operators include:
- Is equal to: Results will be an exact match for value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than: Results will be greater than value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or greater than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than: Results will be less than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or less than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is not equal to: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- Is Not In: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- With/In: Results will be within the value(s) in the third field.
- (C) Depending on the Filter, this field will become a drop-down, calendar, or text field.
- (D) Click the Add Filter to configure additional Filters.

(E) Order By options include:
- Campaign: Sort numbers by a specific Campaign's SMS Opt-Out Lists or the Global SMS Opt-Out List.
- Country: Sort numbers by the Lead's Country Code.
- Id: Sort numbers by their Identification number.
- Insert Date: Sort numbers by the Date and Time the Lead appeared on the SMS Opt-Out List.
- Phone Number: Sort numbers by their digits.
- (F) Choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
- (G) Click this Search button to see the results.
SMS Opt-Out Table
Displays all the SMS Opt-Out numbers in the Account or those that match the Admin's search parameters.

The 10-digit phone number that the system cannot message either for a specific Campaign or all the Campaigns in the Account. |

Lists the specific Campaign or Global when all Campaigns cannot message them. |
Reason |
Defines the source of the SMS Opt-Out Number:

Purpose |
Defines the purpose of the Campaign that dialed the Lead, such as Collections, Commercial Non-Telemarketing, Telemarketing, or Charity. |
Insert Date |
The date and time that a User or the system added the phone number to the SMS Opt-Out list through upload or the Lead opting-out. |
Action |
Defines the options for what an Admin can do with the SMS Opt-Out number in a gearwheel drop-down: Edit or Delete. |
