Here we will discuss how to remove SMS Opt-Out Numbers in bulk. This is helpful if you need to delete multiple phone numbers from your SMS Opt-Out Numbers list.

From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select SMS Opt-Out from the drop down.

In the Manage SMS Opt-Out Section, click on Remove from SMS Opt-Out button.

Another window will appear. Click on Choose File and select the SMS Opt-Out List. It should be in a Comma Delimited CSV format.

Select if you want to delete the numbers from the Entire SMS Opt-Out List or from Campaign SMS Opt-Out list

Click on Remove

A confirmation window will appear with the details of the SMS Opt-Out Delete status.
