Overview
The SMS Opt-Out list tracks all of the Lead numbers that have opted out of SMS messages for a specific Campaign or in general.
This article will show how Admins can export data from their SMS Opt-Out list.

Export the SMS Opt-Out List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the SMS Opt-Out menu option.
The Manage SMS Opt-Out page will open.
3.) Configure the Filter By fields.
- (A) Select Campaign.
- (B) Select one or more Campaigns or Global.
4.) Click Export SMS Opt-Out.
A Success window will appear with a link to the Manage Exports page.
5.) Click the link to see your Exports.
6.) Click the Download button for your SMS Opt-Out Export.
