Overview
The SMS Opt-Out list contains all the Lead phone numbers that have opted out of receiving SMS messages from a Campaign. These phone numbers can no longer be messaged by specific or all SMS Campaigns.
This article will show the two methods for adding new numbers to the SMS Opt-Out list as an Admin.

Add Numbers to SMS Opt-Out
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the SMS Opt-Out menu option.
The Manage SMS Opt-Out page will open.
3.) Click Upload SMS Opt-Out.
The Upload SMS Opt-Out page will open.
Add a Single Number
This method allows you to add a single number to the SMS Opt-Out.
- (A) Phone Number: Enter the ten-digit phone number.
- (B) Country: Select the Country Code in this drop-down.
- (C) Campaign: Select whether the Opt-Out will apply to a specific Campaign or Global across the Account.

(D) Reason: Select the source of the Opt-Out:
- SMSOPT: The Lead requested they no longer be contacted by an SMS Campaign.
- DoNotText: The Lead requested they no longer receive texts.
- DNCT: The Lead requested they no longer receive calls or texts.
- ConsentRevoked: The Lead revoked their Consent to be contacted for this purpose as defined in the Purpose field.

(E) Purpose: Select the Purpose of the Campaign.
- TELEMKT: Telemarketing Campaign.
- INFORM: Informative Campaign.
- HIPAA: Insurance or Health-related Campaign.
- COLLECT: Collections Campaign.
- NOTIFY: Notify Campaign.
- NONCOMM: Non-Commercial Campaign
- COMMNOTM: Commercial Non-Telemarketing Campaign.
- NONPROF: Non-Profit Tax Exempt Campaign.
- NOTFOUND: Campaign type is not available.
- (F) Add: Click this button to add the number.
Upload a File
Allows you to add multiple numbers to the SMS Opt-Out List.
- (A) Upload File: Click Choose File to open your device's file browser.
- (B) File Type: Select the type of file, Comma Separated (.csv) or Tab Delimited (.txt).
- (C) Country: Select the Country Code in this drop-down.
- (D) Campaign: Select whether the Opt-Out will apply to a specific Campaign or Global across the Account.

(E) Reason: Select the source of the Opt-Out:
- SMSOPT: The Lead requested not to be contacted by an SMS Campaign.
- DoNotText: The Lead requested not to receive any more texts.
- DNCT: The Lead requested not to receive any more calls or texts.
- ConsentRevoked: The Lead revoked their Consent to be contacted for this purpose as defined in the Purpose field.
