Overview
To use a softphone with Convoso, download the softphone using the link below, follow along in this article with the installation wizard for the Convoso Softphone then follow the links to other articles to learn about settings and how Agents will use the softphone.

Before You Begin
In order to install the softphone you must first download the installation file:
Convoso Softphone Installation
From the Convoso Softphone Setup Wizard, click on the Next button.
- Check the checkbox for Add Desktop Shortcut to add a shortcut to your desktop.
- Click the Next button.
- Select the Installation Directory, or folder, for the installation to download to.
- Specify the State Menu Folder for the installation, it is recommended to use the default name aleady populated in the text field.
- Click the Next button.
- The installer will auto detect if you have 32bit or 64bit and confirm compatibility.
- Click the Next button.
- In the Installation Scope options, select the All Users option.

Click the Next button to start the installation
The wizard will install the Convoso Softphone.
Do not close the window or click any buttons while the installation is in progress.
- Make sure the Launch Convoso Softphone checkbox is checked.
- Click the Finish button to complete the installation and launch the softphone application.
In the Windows Security Alert window, enable Private networks, such as my home and work network option by clicking the checkbox..
- Click the Allow Access button
