Usually, your default device is automatically configured to reflect in the Convoso Softphone. In the instance that you wish to change or configure it to reflect something else. This article will show you how to do that.
You can also do this if you are having issues hearing customers or vice versa. You just need to make sure you have your proper Output/Input Device configured correctly.
On the Convoso Softphone, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner to go to your settings.
Under Media, click on Audio and make sure the correct Device is configured on all your Audio Device Selection.
Close the Settings by clicking on the X icon right beside settings on the top left corner and do a test call or redial back to establish the connection.
