Overview
Lead Layouts are forms that Agents fill out in the Agent Interface. Maintaining multiple Layouts can be helpful when you have Campaigns that collect differing information from Leads.

Add a Lead Layout
Note: Admins can edit the default Layout anytime. This article will walk through adding additional Layouts. To learn more about this process, see the Edit a Layout section below.
1.) Click the CRM main menu.
2.) Click the Lead Layouts & Fields menu option.
The Manage Layouts page will open.
3.) Click the Add Layout button.
The Create Layout page will open.
4.) Enter a name in the Form name field.
5.) Click the Apply Changes button.
Once the Layout is created, you can begin making edits by adding and removing Fields and Fieldsets.
Edit a Layout
1.) Follow steps 1 & 2 in the section above to open Manage Lead Layouts.
2.) Click the Layout's Name or Settings in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Edit Layout page will open.
Add/Remove Fields
In the form control section is a bank of available Fields. These can be added and removed from your Layout. To learn more about creating Custom Fields, see Add a Custom Field to Lead Layouts.
1.) Click and hold a Field to select it.
2.) Drag the Field out of the bank and into the Fieldset.
- Fields can be added anywhere in the Fieldset.
3.) To remove fields, click and drag into the Fields bank.
4.) Click the Apply Changes button to save your choices.
Add a Fieldset
These groups for your fields help divide up the Layout for better organization. Each Layout has a Default Fieldset, and Admins can add additional sets as needed. All new Fieldsets will appear below the Default.
1.) Configure a new Fieldset.
- (A) Column: Select one or two columns for your Fieldset from the drop-down.
- (B) Name: Enter a name for your Fieldset.
- (C) +Add: Click this button to add your new Fieldset.
2.) Click and drag fields into your new Fieldset.
3.) Arrange your Fields as you want across the two Fieldsets.
4.) Click the Apply Changes button to save your choices.
Change the Layout in a Campaign
By default, all Campaigns will use the default Layout. These are the steps to setting a specific Layout for a Campaign to use.
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the Name of a Campaign or click Settings in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Campaign Settings page will open.
4.) On the General tab, scroll down to Show Layout options and toggle to Yes.
5.) Select the Layout in the Lead Layout drop-down.
6.) Click the Apply Changes button.
