Overview
Here we will discuss how to delete a script. A script is a page that will show set text for the agent to read. This is commonly used to make sure agents will always be aware of what to say during their calls. When a campaign is done, you may want to delete the script associated with it.
Deleting Scripts
- Click the CRM main menu.
- Click the Scripts menu option.
On the Show Scripts page. click the gear-wheel drop-down in the Action column.
- Click the Delete option in the drop-down menu.
If the Script is assigned to any Campaign or Queue a modal window will open showing which Queues and Campaigns the Script is assigned to.
Remove Scripts from Assignments
- Click the View button for each item and a new browser tab will open the appropriate Settings page for the Script assignment.
Remove the Script from all Campaigns and Queues, ensure you click the blue Apply Changes button in the bottom-left each time a setting is changed on each page.

Once the Script has been removed from all items, return to the Delete Script modal window on the Show Scripts page.
- Click the Refresh button in the modal window.
The modal window will refresh, assuming the Script has been unassigned from all locations, you will now be able to delete the script.
- Click the red Delete button to confirm deletion of the Script.
A success modal window will show once the Script has been deleted.
- Click the Close button.
