Overview
A Script is a pre-written pitch with questions that Admins write for Agents to read and follow during calls. This article will discuss how Admins can clone a Script, efficiently creating multiple Scripts with a similar structure.

Cloning a Script
1.) Click the CRM main menu.
2.) Click the Scripts menu option.
The Show Scripts page will open.
3.) Search Scripts using the Filter By fields.

(A) Filter By options are:
- Assigned Campaigns: Filter Scripts by their assigned Campaigns.
- Assigned Lists: Filter Scripts by their assigned Lists.
- Assigned Queues: Filter Scripts by their assigned Queues.
- Script Name: Filter Scripts by their name.

(B) Operators include:
- Is equal to: Results will be an exact match for value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than: Results will be greater than value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or greater than value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than: Results will be less than value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or less than value(s) in the third field.
- Is not equal to: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- Is Not In: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- With/In: Results will be within the value(s) in the third field.
- (C) The options in this field depend on the chosen Filter.
- (D) Click the Add Filter to configure additional Filters.
- (E) Order Scripts by Name.
- (F) You can then choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
4.) Click the Search button.
5.) Click the Action gearwheel drop-down.
6.) Click the Clone option.
The Edit Script page will open with the Clone.
7.) Adjust the Script as needed. For more details about configuring a Script, see Create a Script.
- (A) Name: Enter the name of the Script in this field.
- (B) Add Element: Click this button to add topics.
- (C) Edit/Delete: Right-click Elements to Edit or Delete them.
8.) Click the Save button.
