Overview
Scripts can be a key part of any campaign. A script is a predefined page that will pop up every time a call is connected prompting the agent to say the correct thing at the correct time. Scripts can be simple with all information on one page or you can move page to page based on the lead's responses.

Create Scripts
- Click the CRM main menu.
- Click the Scripts menu option.
The Show Scripts page will open.
- Click the Create New Script button.
The Edit Script page will open.
- Enter a name for the script in Script Name field.
- Click the Save button.
Add Element
The Script starts out with three (3) default Elements, one Start Point, one End Point and one Connection.
To create more Elements in the Script, click the green Add Element button.
The New Element will appear below the button. Drag the Element to the desired location in the Script.
- Click on and drag the line points to redirect to a new Element.
To draw a new line, and create a new Connection, click on the orange corner of a Point Element and drag away from the Element, the line and Connection will appear and move with your cursor.
- Drag the new line to any Element.
Edit or Delete the Elements or Connections of the Script by right-clicking on any Element or Connection to open a pop-up menu.
Edit Connection
Connections are those that are located on top of a line and between at least two Points.
In the Script itself a Connection functions as a button for the Agent to click based on the Leads response.
- Right-click on the Connection to open a pop-up menu.
- Click the Edit option in the Element pop-up menu.
The Edit Connection window will open.
In the Demo field on this window you can see what the Connection button will look like to Agents.
- Click the Apply button to save the Connection settings.
Edit Point
A Point Element is one that is not located on top of a line, but on either end of the line.
- In the Element pop-up menu, click the Edit option.
The Edit Point window will open on the Text Editor tab.
- Enter a name for that step in the Script into the Name Field.
- Select an option from the Available Fields drop-down.
- Click the Insert Text button.
- If you want to auto-populate the script with Lead information use the Insert Fields buttons.
- Point your cursor and click on the area of the text field where you want to insert the field containing the Lead Information.
If needed, Announcements can also be added to the Script.
- Click the Available Announcements drop-down and select the Announcement from the drop down.
- Click the Insert button and the Announcement will be added to the body of the of the Script.
- Click the Apply button.
Note: Even when saving individual elements, the entire Script automatically saves as well to preventing accidental loss of Script edits.
Start Point Determined?
If an Element has not been marked as the Start Point there will be a red No Sign 🚫 icon that displays above the script.
- Open a Point Element for editing.
- In the Edit Point window, click the Start Point checkbox in the bottom-left.
On the Script Workflow tab, above the script a green checkmark icon ✔️ will show when the Start Point has been determined.
Common Questions
Add any questions you would like Agents to use into the text field of the Common Question tab.
JavaScript Code
Admins can add custom javascript by clicking on the JavaScript Code tab when editing a script point. Utilizing custom javascript can create more dynamic workflows that better fit an agent’s use case.
Save and Preview Script
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Play It button to preview your script.
- You will see the Element/ Script Page Name, Body of the Script, and Links to other Element/ Script Pages.

click the Finish button to exit the window.
Below is what the Agent sees in the Agent Console in the Script tab of the Lead Form.
Assign the Script to the Campaign
- Click on the Call Center main menu.
- Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Campaigns page will open.
- Click the gear-wheel icon drop-down in the Action dcolumn.
- Click the Settings option.
Note: You can also click the name of the Campaign to open the Campaign Settings page.
- On the Campaign Settings page, click the Advanced Configurations drop-down.
- Click the Additional Configuration option.
In the Script & Web Forms section, configure the following settings:
- Auto Call Launch: Select Script from the drop-down.
- Auto View Launch: Select Script from the drop-down.
- Script: Select the Script to Auto Launch when a call is received.

- Scroll down the page and click the blue Apply Changes button in the bottom-left.
