Custom Reports Landing Page
The Custom Reports homepage makes it easy to find and access the reports you need. Reports are grouped under categories that align with user workflows with a dashboard for easy access to commonly used and favorite reports.

Call Screening Detection
Call Screening features were released on iOS in late 2025 and companies will need to adapt to the behavior of Call Screening in order to make sure their calls go through to the intended recipient without being blocked or flagged.
Call Screening works by asking the caller to state their name and purpose for calling prior to the call recipient answering the call. Convoso has released settings for detecting call screening and handling those calls, as well as the ability to track calls that detected call screening.

New Disposition Categories
Disposition categories, Interested and Disqualified, have been added to better indicate the difference between types of call outcomes, such as a lead that could be sold a plan but wasn't, versus a lead that can’t be sold a plan, or a closed lost vs. neutral outcome.

Weekly FTE Hours
Admins now have the ability to define the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) which is the number of hours an employee is required to work in order to be considered a full-time employee. The Weekly FTE Hours setting allows admins to set the FTE hours for better reporting on productivity and efficiency of Agents.

Assign Script Permissions to Users
A tab was added to the Edit Script page titled Permissions. This tab contains controls for assigning User permissions to specific Scripts. This adds a level of security to protect Scripts by allowing only certain users to edit or run certain Scripts.

Learning Convoso
We've simplified our main menu bar. Some menu items have been changed to just their icons, so then menu bar is cleaner and less crowded.
Where your email/user name used to be displayed to the far right with the person icon, your email can now be found at the bottom of the profile menu that opens when you click the person icon.
