Security and Login Changes
Convoso is committed to securing your Account(s) from threats like spam and fraud; as such, Convoso is enhancing our platform's security.
We recommend that all Agents and Admins update their passwords and prepare for these additional security measures to prevent interruption to service(s).
By June 30, 2025, the following will be implemented for all users:
Complex passwords
Password rotation every 60 days
Multi-factor Authentication
Contact Email Validation
Our Compliance Team will continue to inform impacted users via in-app notifications and emails.
Please disable adblockers when using Convoso, as these will block important messages from Convoso.
Learning Convoso
Knowledge Base Spotlight
Coming in June 2025, Convoso will only support the Quick Dispositions feature for labelling calls. The Regular Disposition feature will no longer be available.

Custom Reports
Did you know that we've updated the Add Filters section in Reports?
Now, Admins can easily access Filters, Additional Filters, Break Downs, and Status Groups as each now has their own drop-down.
This adds more clarity and efficiency when customizing a Report.
