Overview
The Workflow Logs allow Admins to see the Actions a Workflow performs when triggered. All past and pending Actions are logged, allowing Admins to track whether they are working as expected. This article will walk through how to find the Workflow Logs and flush pending Actions.

Before You Begin
Each Workflow Automation has a Log with entries for all the processed and pending Actions.
The Edit Lead page also has a Workflow Log. There, an Admin can view all the Workflow Actions related to that Lead.
Flush Workflow Actions
1.) Click the CRM main menu.
2.) Click the Workflow Automation menu option.
The Show Workflow Automation page will open.
3.) Click the Workflow's name.
The View Workflow page will open.
4.) Click the Workflow Logs tab.
5.) Configure your Start and End dates using the calendars.
6.) Click Search.
The results will appear below.
7.) Flush pending Workflow Actions as needed.
This will prevent the Action from processing.
- (A) Flush Column: Click the Flush button in this column to delete individual Actions.
- (B) Flush Selected Items: Click this button to flush the Actions you have checked.
- (C) Flush All Pending Items: Click this button to flush all the Pending Actions in your search.
A Confirmation window will open.
8.) Click Delete.
The Flush Scheduled window will open.
9.) Click Okay.
