Email workflows can be a very powerful tool within the system. By using email templates and workflows you can send an email every time a specific disposition is chosen. This means you can send an automatic email when an appointment or sale is made.
Summary: For this to work, you will need to create a campaign workflow, add an event, and then set the action to email.
