This article will guide you on how you can delete or edit an Advanced Lead Filter.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Call Center and select Advanced Lead Filter.
To delete an Advanced Lead Filter:
You can search for the Advanced Lead Filter using the search field or you can click on the Action button and select "Delete".
A confirmation box will appear. Click on Delete to proceed or hit Cancel to cancel.
How to Edit an Advanced Lead Filter
From the Admin dashboard, click on Call Center and select Advanced Lead Filter.
You can search for the Advanced Lead Filter using the search field or you can click on the Action button and select "Settings".
From the Advanced Filter, you can change the name, Add Set, Rename existing Set, Add Group, Rename existing Group and Add Item.
You can also change arguments on this section.
You can delete a Group by clicking on the X button and also remove an item by clicking on the Remove button.
Once done editing the Advanced Lead Filter, click on the Apply Changes button.
