There are instances in which we need to dial specific leads. In these situations, we can use the Advanced Lead Filter feature which will enable the system to only dial leads if they match a certain set of conditions.
Please note: This feature may need to be turned on by support.
Here's how to do it:
Click on Call Center and click on Advanced Lead Filters
Click on the New Filter button
Type the name of the Filter and click on Add Set button
Click on Add Group
Click on Add Item
Select a Field Filter
Note: You can now add Searchable Fields in the Advance Lead Filter
Add the conditions and information for the Field Filters
Click on Apply Changes
Note: A Group is a set of Items. Items within the same Group will have an 'OR' condition, which means as long as one of those items are true then that lead will be considered for dialing.
To use the newly created Advanced Lead Filter on a campaign, go the Campaign settings and go to Leads Tab
Scroll down to Advanced Lead Filter and select the filter
Click on the button "Calculate Lead Count with Filters" to see how many leads will be filtered.
Click on Apply Changes
