There are instances in which we need to dial specific leads. In these situations, we can use the Advanced Lead Filter feature which will enable the system to only dial leads if they match a certain set of conditions.
Please note: This feature may need to be turned on by support.
Process:
Click the Call Center main menu.
Click the Advanced Lead Filters menu option.
Click the New Filter button.
Type the name of the Filter and click the Add Set button.
Click the Add Group button.
Click the Add Item button.
Select a Field Filter.
Note: You can now add Searchable Fields in the Advance Lead Filter
Add the conditions and information for the Field Filters.
Click the Apply Changes button.
Note: A Group is a set of Items. Items within the same Group will have an 'OR' condition, which means as long as one of those items are true, then that lead will be considered for dialing.
To use the newly created Advanced Lead Filter on a Campaign, go to the Campaign Settings page.
Click on the Leads Tab.
Scroll down to Advanced Lead Filter and select the filter.
Click the button Calculate Lead Count with Filters button to see how many leads will be filtered.
Click the Apply Changes button.
