From the Admin Dashboard, click on Account and select Global Settings from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down to the Force Continue Recording Section and select from the following options.

On Demand - Checkbox is enabled and by default unchecked

By default the box is unchecked but the agent can put a check when needed.

Forced - Checkbox is disabled and by default checked

The agent won't be able to remove a check in the box.

Never - Checkbox is disabled and by default unchecked

The agent won't be able to put a check in the box.

Click on Apply Changes to save the settings
