Workflow Relation dictates in which part of the system we incorporate our Workflow Automation. Workflow Automation can be campaign specific, list specific, queue specific and more.
We have five different types of Workflow relation. Notice that the selection box in the bottom of the Workflow Generals page changes for each Relation selected.
The five different types are: Campaign, List, Queue, Inbound Number, and Email Template.
By clicking on the field next to Relation you are given 5 different toggles.

In the example with the screenshot below, the Campaign is selected. Once you select it, boxes will appear at the bottom of the screen allowing you to select which campaigns to include in this workflow.
In the example with the screenshot below, by clicking on Email Template, you can now toggle the Email Template to be included in the Workflow.
