Overview
Dispositions, also known as Statuses, are codes that categorize the outcome of a call to a Lead. Within Convoso's system, there are two types of Dispositions. Both types of Dispositions are viewable from the Show Dispositions page. This article will explore the differences between the two and how to navigate the Show Dispositions page.

Custom versus System Dispositions?
Convoso's system organizes Dispositions into two broad categories: Agent and System Dispositions.
Agent/Custom Dispositions
Agent or Custom Dispositions are created and managed by Admins. Agents use these Dispositions to label calls when completing them or transferring.
- To learn more about adding and configuring Custom Dispositions, see Add/Edit Dispositions.
System Dispositions
System Dispositions can only be assigned by the system. They are typically used to define calls that do not connect or describe system processes.
- To learn more about our System Dispositions, see Convoso System Status Definitions.
