New DNCLCC Disposition for SIP 603 – Effective June 30, 2025
Starting June 30, 2025, Convoso will introduce a new disposition status: DNCLCC (Do Not Call Lead Consent Concern), which will be applied automatically to calls that receive a SIP 603 response from carriers.
- This response indicates that the Lead has declined or blocked the call without voicemail availability and may reflect potential consent concerns.
What This Means:
- Calls with SIP 603 responses will be marked as DNCLCC
- The phone number will be added to the DNC list based on the campaign’s Check Against DNC Lists setting
- Numbers marked DNCLCC will not be redialed in the dialer
Why This Change:
This update supports compliance with changing carrier requirements and federal regulations concerning call consent.
What You Should Do:
- Review and update your dialer configurations to respect the new DNCLCC status
- Ensure numbers flagged as DNCLCC are excluded from future dialing attempts
We’re continuously working to refine how call outcomes are classified to ensure you’re getting the most accurate and actionable data.
