Authorization Token and OAuth Client criteria is needed prior to configuring the Convoso for Salesforce CTI Adapter.
After collecting Auth Tokens and OAuth Client details see the Configuration for Convoso for Salesforce page to set up the Convoso Phone in Salesforce.

Authorization Token
Click the API main menu.
Click the Authorization Tokens menu option.
The Manage Authorization Tokens page will open.
Click the Add Authorization Token button.
The Add Token modal window will open.
Assign a name (e.g., “Salesforce CTI Adaptor Token”).
Scroll down the list to find the Check All option.
Click the Create button
On the Manage Authorization Tokens page, copy the generated token from the Token column store it securely.
OAuth Clients
Click the Apps main menu.
Click the OAuth Clients menu option.
The Show OAuth Clients page will open.
Click the Add New OAuth Client button.
Provide a descriptive name, such as “Salesforce CTI OAuth Client.”

Configure the Redirect URI by adding the URLs below.
The Client ID and Client Secret are automatically generated and cannot be edited.
Click the Save button.
Store these credentials securely.
