Download the Package

Customer uses the App Exchange to download the Adapter.

• Click this package installation link:

The package page for Install Convoso CTIAdapter By Convoso will open.

• There are three installation options:

  • Admins Only

  • All Users

  • Specific Profile

• Select Install for Specific Profiles.

Click the checkbox next to the Acknowledgment statement regarding downloading a non-Salesforce application.

• Scroll down to select access levels per user, or set all profiles to the same access level via the drop-down above the profile table.

  • When using the Set all profiles action, click the Set button to save the access level selections for all profiles.

These settings determine access to the custom objects and components installed in the package.

Once the Acknowledgment is checked, the Install button will become active and turn blue.

• Click the Install button.

The Approve Third-Party Access modal window will open.

• If you approve of the listed third-party websites, click the Yes checkbox.

• Click the Continue button.

The package will begin installation. Often the package install page will state that the installation is taking a long time, you will get an email when the installation is complete.

• Click the Done button.

You will be returned to the Installed Packages page in Salesforce.

• Convoso CTI Adapter can be seen in the list.
