Overview
Time Groups specify which hours and days to start and stop dialing. Match them with Time Conditions to have more control over Inbound calls and transfers outside of working hours.
Contents:
Edit a Time Group
1.) Click the Phone System main menu.
2.) Click the Time Groups menu option.
The Show Time Groups page will open.
3.) Click the name of the Time Group to open the settings.
4.) Edit the Description as needed.
5.) Reconfigure the Time Group Entries as needed:
- (A) Time to start: Select the hour and minutes for the beginning time for the entry. (This setting uses a 24-hour clock.)
- (B) Time to finish: Select the hour and minutes for the end of the time entry. (This setting uses a 24-hour clock.)
- (C) Week start-finish: Select the days of the week for time entry.
- (D) Month Day start-finish: Select the days of the month for the time entry.
- (E) Month start-finish: Select the months for the time entry.
- Note: All Start and Finish Times are in Pacific Standard Time.
6.) Add new Entries as needed in the Add Entry section.
- Configure the fields.(See Step 5 for descriptions.)
- Click the Add Time button.
- Repeat as needed.
7.) Click the Apply Changes button.
A notice will open, prompting you to reload the PBX to activate your changes.
8.) Click the Close button.
9.) Click the Phone System main menu.
10.) Click the Reload PBX menu option.
A Confirmation window will open.
11.) Click the Reload button.
The Reload PBX page will open. Changes may take up to fifteen minutes to take effect.
