Overview
SMS Campaigns send out SMS messages inserted by the associated Workflow Automation. Campaign Registries are required to activate an SMS Campaign and send messages. Voso.ai is our Conversational AI that is capable of conducting repetitive tasks to automate and scale your business.
We have made updates to these features and how they integrate. The most significant change is that SMS has now been added as a setting to Virtual Agent Campaigns, eliminating the need to link them with SMS Campaigns.
Contents:
SMS as a Virtual Agent Campaign Setting
On the Virtual Agent Campaign Settings General tab is the new SMS Channel toggle. This toggle controls the Campaign's ability to send SMS messages.
This setting eliminates the need to link Virtual Agent Campaigns with SMS Campaigns to send messages to your Leads.
Once enabled, additional settings become available:
The Linked Campaign Registry Campaign field appears.
- SMS cannot be sent without a Campaign Registry in this field.
A new SMS tab appears with messaging-specific settings.
- Successful - The status to set the contact when the message was sent successfully.
- Unsuccessful -The status to set the contact when the message was not sent successfully.
- No DID Status - The status to set the contact when the message was not sent because the DID was not found.
- No Mobile Number - The status to set the contact when the message was not sent because the DID was not a mobile number.

Campaign Registry Changes
Several changes were made to Campaign Registry Campaigns and how they interact with SMS-enabled Campaigns.
Campaign Registry Link to Multiple SMS-enabled Campaigns
Previously, each SMS-enabled Campaign required its own Campaign Registry Campaign. Now, they can support multiple SMS-enabled Campaigns, including Virtual Agent Campaigns and regular SMS Campaigns.
- This change also means Campaign Registry setup no longer requires linking an existing SMS Campaign.

Link and Unlink Campaign Registry Campaigns
Due to SMS-enabled Campaigns no longer requiring separate Campaign Registry Campaigns, the Linked Campaign Registry Campaign field is now editable. Admins can link their Campaigns and Registries as they see fit.

Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help Settings in Campaign Registry
Although still visible from the SMS tab in SMS Campaign Settings, Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help Settings are managed from the Campaign Registry Settings.
Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help Settings are locked on the SMS tab of SMS Campaign Settings.
They have moved to the Campaign and Content Attributes section of the Campaign Registry.
No longer configurable at the Campaign level, SMS-enabled Campaigns will make use of the Linked Registry's Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help Settings configurations.
- To learn more about configuring these settings, see Edit Opt-In/Opt-Out Options in SMS Campaign Registry.
Campaign Registry Status
Campaign Registry Status will now be tracked through the Manage Campaign Registry page and the Campaign Registry Settings.
The Status column displays the current status of each Campaign Registry.
The Status field within the Campaign Registry Settings displays the Registry's current Status.
