Overview

You may occasionally want to do a manual push of your recordings and call logs to an external FTP server.  Convoso has made the push easy to do.  

Manual FTP Push

• Click the Apps main menu.
• Click the FTP Push menu option.

• Click the Action column gear-wheel drop-down for the FTP and select Edit, or click the name of the FTP to open the settings.

• In the Manual Upload section, select the timeframe in the From Date and To Date fields.

Note: The Dates selected should NOT span more than a week.

• Click the Run Upload button.

Verify the Manual Push

• Click the Logs tab to check that the manual push worked.

• Check the Date column for the date and time of the manual push.
• Read through the Results column information to see how many recordings were pushed or whether or not there was an error.
