Overview
The Email Logs page in the Convoso Admin app is where you can search, view, and export email activity, with filters, column controls, and links to related records.
Users can now quickly find answers to what happened with an email, confirm send/delivery status, investigate issues, and support customer or compliance requests easily from one page.
Users can search by Campaign, List, Email, From Email, Status, or Email Log ID. Customize the columns you see, and open a specific Email Log record to view details and jump directly to the related Lead, Campaign, or List.

Email Logs
- Click the Reports main menu.
- Click the Email Logs menu option.
The Manage Email Logs page will open.
Email Log Search Filters
Search Filters at the top can be used to narrow down results and find specific emails.
- Operators in the second Filter By field depend on the selection in the first drop-down field.
- Values in the third field are also dependent on the first field selection.
Filter By options include:

The results table for Email Logs contains all the most important details of email activity including; email addresses, agent names, the campaign, and the list the email is from.
Email Logs Results Table
The columns displayed in the table can be customized using the Customize button.
The columns initially displayed are defined below.

Email Log ID |
A number assigned to the Log for that Email.

Lead ID |
The unique identifier of the lead associated with the email.

From Email |
The email address used as the sender. This may be a system-generated or custom email address. |
Agent Name |
Name of the Agent that handled the email communication.

Campaign Name |
The name of the campaign that triggered the email.

List Name |
The name of the List that the Lead is in.
|
First Name |
The first name of the contact. |
Last Name |
The surname of the contact. |
Status |
The delivery status of the email (e.g., SENT). This reflects whether the system successfully sent the email. |
Email Log Details
Clicking the value in the Email Log ID column will open the Email Logs Details page in a new tab of your browser.
This page contains all the information for that email communication on one page.
- Click the Lead ID on this page and the Edit Lead page will open in a new tab of your browser.
