Overview
The Agent Monitor Logs will show the log history of Users who monitored (barge, whisper & Listen) the agents as well as used the Force Logout option in the Agent Monitor page.

Agent Monitor Logs
- Click the Reports main menu.
- Click the Agent Monitor Logs menu option.
The Manage Agent Monitor Logs page will open.
Use the Filters to select the range and type of data you want to see, as well as how you want to view it.
- Start/End Date
- Filter By
- Order By
The Filter By field has options for Action, Agent, Created At, ID, Lead ID, and User.
- Click the Add Filter button to add another Filter By field, in order to filter the results by more than one option.
- Click the green Search button once you are done setting up filters.
Agent Monitor Logs results will show in the table below.
Agent Monitor Logs Table
| Column Name | Description |

| # | Row number displayed in the UI for reference only. Does not represent a database identifier. |
| ID | Unique system-generated identifier for the agent monitor log entry. |
| User | The user account associated with the action (typically the agent’s user profile or login name). |
| Agent | The agent identity associated with the log event. Often mirrors the User value but reflects the agent record. |
| Lead ID | Identifier of the lead associated with the action. A value of 0 indicates no lead was tied to the event. |
| Action | The activity recorded in the agent monitor log (e.g., Login, Logout, status changes). |
| Duration | Length of time the agent remained in the recorded action or state, formatted as HH:MM:SS. |
| Created At (PST) | Timestamp indicating when the log entry was created, displayed in Pacific Standard Time (PST). |
Export Logs
- Click the blue Export Logs button in the top-right.
Immediately after clicking the Export Logs button a Success modal window will open with a link to take you to the Manage Exports page in order to view your export and download the export.
Click the here link in the modal window and the Manage Exports page will open.
The Type column will have the name of the file you exported.
- Click the Download button in the Download column to save a copy of the export to your computer.
