Overview
A workflow automation schedule defines when and how often an automated workflow runs. Its purpose is to make sure tasks, processes, or system actions happen at the right time, in the right order, without manual effort.
You can add custom schedules for your workflows to:
Trigger workflows on a set cadence (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)
Ensure consistency and reliability in recurring processes
Reduce manual work and human error
Align automated actions with business timing (like reports, follow-ups, data syncs, or notifications)
