Overview
This article walks through the Voicemail tab of the Extensions Settings page where you can manage voicemails that are used by agents.
From this page, you can search for voicemails, forward voicemails to another user, move voicemails to a different folder, and email voicemails to an email address.

Extension Settings Page
Admin can manage Voicemails via the Voicemail tab of the Extension Settings page.
To open the Extension Settings page:
- Click the Account menu.
- Click the Extensions/Voicemails option.
The Show Extensions page will open.
To edit an Extension, there are three ways to access Extension Settings page:
- Click the number in the Extension column.
- Click the name in the Name column.
- Click the drop-down in the Action column and click the Edit option.
The Extensions Settings page will open.
- Click the Voicemail tab.
The Manage Voicemail page will open.
Manage Voicemail Page
The Voicemail tab of the Extension Settings page contains the Manage Voicemail page.
- Click on the Change Folder drop-down to select a folder from which to list Voicemail recordings.
The voicemails in the selected folder will be displayed in the table below.
- To select recordings to manage, click the checkbox for one or more Voicemails in the checkbox column, or click the Select All checkbox in the header row of the table.
Forward, Move, or Email Voicemails
- Click the drop-down below the button for the action you wish to perform;
- Forward To
- Move To
- Email To
To Forward a Voicemail
- (1) Select a User from the drop-down below the Forward To action button.
- (2) Click the Forward To button.
A success modal window will open to confirm the forwarding of the Voicemail.
To Move a Voicemail
- (1) Select a folder from the drop-down below the Move To action button.
- (2) Click the Move To button.
A success modal window will open to confirm the Voicemail was moved.
To Email a Voicemail
(1) Enter an email address into the text field below the Email To action button.
(2) Click the Email To button
A success modal window will open to confirm the Voicemail was emailed.
