In this article, you have the ability to query/retrieve user recordings via API. 

Go to API > Users > Get Recordings. This will return a list of all user recording. See required fields below.

auth_token 
user = user's email address

You may also utilize the Test Function to Get Recordings. Fill in the required fields and or optional fields and his Run. Or you may copy the string given and paste in on a browser's address bar. 

This will show you a list of all available recordings for the said user.
