This article provides guidance on how to set up a Jornaya Plugin and how to activate it in a Campaign. Our system has the ability to generate one or use your customer's existing Jornaya Lead ID to integrate with the Jornaya database.

Jornaya is a consumer journey insight application that provides companies with the highest-resolution view of their consumer/Leads Buying journey.

A Buyer’s journey is historical data that acknowledges a Buyer’s progression through a 'research and decision' process which eventually results in a successful purchase.

Create a Jornaya Plugin, implement the Jornaya Plugin in Campaigns, setting up Lead Layouts and Fields for the Jornaya Plugin, and deleting a Jornaya Plugin.

 

 

Essential Settings for a Jornaya Plugin Integration:

• Obtain Jornaya Token.
  
• Create Jornaya Plugin and assign the Jornaya hidden Lead ID field in your layout.
• Enable Jornaya plugin in the Campaign General Settings.

Create a Jornaya Plugin

1.) Click the Apps main menu.

2.) Click the Jornaya menu option.

The Show Jornaya Plugins page will open.

3.) Click the blue Add Jornaya Plugin button.

The Create Jornaya Plugin window will open.

4.) Fill in the fields in the window.

• Label
  The title for this Plugin.
• Launch on Live Call Only
  Click the toggle to Yes or No to have, or not have, this Plugin launch on live calls only.
• Jornaya Token
  Enter the Jornaya Token here.
  • Note: In the Portal on Jornaya you can see the Token in the Campaign Code Snippet.
• Status
  Click the toggle to Active or Inactive.
• TCPA Disclosure
  Add the TCPA Disclosure regarding your Jornaya Plugin.

5.) Click the green Create button when you have finished will all the fields in the window.

A Success window will open confirming the creation of the Plugin.

6.) Click the Close button to close the window.

 

Jornaya Plugin in Campaign Settings

After creating the Plugin the Jornaya Plugin needs to be turned on in the Campaign Settings.

7.) Click the Call Center main menu.

8.) Click the Campaigns menu option.

9.) In the General tab, scroll down to the Jornaya Plugin field.

10.) Click the drop-down in the Jornaya Plugin field and select the Plugin to be used.

11.) Click the blue Apply Changes button.

 

Jornaya Plugin in Lead Layouts & Fields

Once the Plugin is added to the Campaign you need to add the Jornaya Hidden Field to the Layouts.

 

12.) Click the CRM main menu.

13.) Click the Lead Layouts & Fields menu option.

• Once a Jornaya Plugin is created, the system automatically creates a Jornaya Hidden Field which cannot be edited or deleted.
• The Jornaya Hidden Field shows in the Fields tab of Lead Layouts & Fields in the Lead Custom Fields & Relationships section.

14.) In the Layouts tab of Lead Layouts & Fields, under Manage Layouts, click on the name of a Layout to open the Edit Layout page.

15.) In the Form Control section click on and hold the Jornaya Hidden Field item.

16.) Drag the item down to the Fieldsets section and Drop it within the existing Fields.

17.) Click the blue Apply Changes button above the Fieldsets section.

• Once the system dials the Lead, the Lead will automatically have its own Jornaya ID in that Field of the Edit Lead page.

 

Deleting a Jornaya Plugin

In order to delete the Jornaya Plugin, you need to disable it in other applications, like Campaigns.

 

1.) Click the Apps main menu.

2.) Click the Show Jornaya Plugins option.

The Show Jornaya Plugins page will open.

3.) In the Action column, click the Action drop-down button for the Plugin you want to delete. 

4.) Click the Delete drop-down option.

A Deletion Confirmation window will open.

• If the Plugin was not removed from Campaigns and other applications before trying to delete, the Deletion Confirmation window will display the other functions that are using the Jornaya Plugin.
• Click the View button to open the settings page where this Jornaya Plugin is used.
  • The settings will open in a separate tab.
    
• Once the Jornaya Plugin is removed from other applications, click the Refresh button. Or return to the Show Jornaya Plugins page and try to delete it again.

When the Plugin is not, or is no longer, being used elsewhere the Deletion Confirmation window will instead ask if you are sure you want to delete the Plugin.

5.) Click the Delete button to finish deleting the Plugin.

• Click the Cancel button to abort the deletion process.

After clicking Delete, the Success confirmation window will open confirming successful deletion of the Plugin.

6.) Click the Close button to close the window and return to the Show Jornaya Plugins page.
