This FAQ will help you check and monitor the minutes usages of your campaign. It will display the minutes usage per type of call (Outbound, Inbound, Manual and 3-Way) and it's cost.
From the Dashboard, click on Reports and select Custom Reports from the drop down.
Under Common Reports, click on Minutes Usage Report.
To run a report based on a specific Time range,
- Click on Date Range Button
- Select the preferred Time Range
- Click on Apply
To Add Additional Filters based on Admin’s preference,
- Click on Filters
- Add the preferred Filters
Filters - Filter results using Call Types, Users, Campaigns, Queues, Statuses and Lists
Break Down - Set the results to Horizontal or Vertical Break Down.
- Click on Apply.
The Results will be listed down below.
Note: If a campaign were deleted, you can still run a report but it will show the name of the campaign as "Deleted campaign (ID number)".
To download the results to your computer, click on Export to CSV and save the file.
