Workflow Automation Performance Report collects information of data related to Workflow Automation. The actual results shows the total number of calls for each Workflow Automation setup. It separates the number of calls where the workflow action was performed.
It shows the number of success (based on the number of success status used) and success percentage(success status versus total calls used)
From the Dashboard, click on Report and select Custom Reports from the drop down.
Click on Common Reports
Select WA Performance Report from the Dropdown Options.
To run a report based on a specific Time range,
- Click on Date Range Button
- Select the preferred Time Range
- Click on Apply
To Add Additional Filters based on Admin’s preference,
- Click on Filters
- Add the Preferred Filters
- Click on Apply
Admin can add or remove success statuses that will be included in the results
In this example, these are the statuses that the system will include in the results.
Results will be listed in Results Section.
To download the results to your computer, click on Export to CSV and save the file.
To save the report settings for future use, click on Save Report.
