This video reviews one of the most common reports, the Contact Rate Report, and provides an overview of the different options available within every report.

Date Range options
- If you want to save this report to re-run it later, use the Quick Date buttons in the Fixed Date Range selection to avoid receiving multiple emails with duplication information.

Using Filters
- Most reports have the same fields in the Filters tab to select Call Types, Users, Campaigns, Queues, Statuses, and more to run the report on. Several reports will have additional fields in the Filters. Various reports also have additional Filter tabs such as Status Group, Additional Filters, or Report Type. These Filters can help you parse out specific information from the report you are running.
- Horizontal Break Down separates the data in the results table based on the chosen filter. Vertical Break Down adds columns to the results table based on the chosen filter.
