Admins can reset their Agents' passwords from User settings.

Before You Begin
- Convoso's password reset process depends on emailing Users a password reset link. To complete this process, all Agents will need to have a functional email address that can receive the reset password link.
- Password reset links are only valid for 20 minutes. If the User does not reset the password within that timeframe they will require a new link.
Resetting an Agent's Password
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Users menu option.
The Show Users page will open.
3.) Click the Agent's Email to open their Settings.
The User Settings page will open on the Credentials tab.
4.) Click the Email Credential button.
The Reset Password link will be sent to the email address listed in the email field.
- If this email is invalid or unable to receive a link from Convoso, type a new address in the email field.
- Click the Apply Changes button to save the new address and then refer to step 4 above.
A Success notification will appear confirming the reset link is sent.
5.) Click the Close button.
