Overview
Speed to Lead is the length of time it takes an organization to respond to a qualified prospect from the moment they become an inbound Lead. The Speed to Lead Report will provide you with valuable insights into the speed at which your Leads are dialed after being entered per List, saving time in calculating this data manually.

Running the Speed to Lead Report
1.) Click the Reports main menu.
2.) Click the Custom Reports menu option.
The Agent Performance Report page will open with the Custom Reports menu on the left.
3.) Scroll to the bottom of the Common Reports list, and click Speed to Lead Report.
The Speed to Lead Report page will open.
4.) Click the Fixed date Range button and specify your preferred range in the Date pop-out.
- (A) The Start and End Dates fields: Allow you to enter a custom date range.
- (B) Quick Date buttons: Allow you to auto-fill the Date fields with the range options.
- (C) Time fields: Allow you to specify Start and End time hours and minutes.
- (D) Click Apply to save your chosen Dates and Times.
5.) Click Add Filters. Configure any of the following Filters:
- (A) Call Types: Select one or more Call Types 3-way, Inbound, Manual, and Outbound.
- (B) Users: Select one or more of your Account Users.
- (C) Campaigns: Select one or more of your Campaigns.
- (D) Queues: Select one or more of your Inbound Queues.
- (E) Statuses: Select one or more Lead Statuses.
- (F) Lists: Select one or more of your Lead Lists.
- (G) Talk Time: Choose is greater than X seconds or is smaller than X seconds from the drop-down. Then, type a value in the second field.
- (H) DID Reputations: Select one or more DID Reputations Flagged or Blocked by AT&T, Flagged or Blocked by Complaints, Flagged or Blocked by T-Mobile, Flagged or Blocked by Verizon, and Flagged or Blocked by Any.
6.) Click the Break Down tab.
- Select an option in the Horizontal Break Down drop-down: Call Type, Called Count, Campaign, List, Queue, Status, User.
7.) Click the blue Run Report button.
8.) The Speed to Lead Table will appear.
Note: Currently, there is no visualization for the Speed to Lead Report data. A visual graph may come in future updates to this report.
The table has fourteen columns, each detailing key data points for Speed to Lead.

Displays the Month of the year. (May 2023, April 2023, March 2023) |
Total Leads Inserted | Total number of Leads inserted into the system during the specified Date Range (sum) |
Total Dial Attempts | Total calls made for the specified Date Range (sum) |
Total Contacts Made | Total Count of Leads with Disposition status identified as 'contact' during the specified Date Range (sum) |
Avg. Speed to Lead | The speed that Leads were dialed after entering the system. Average for all Leads during the specified date range. (avg. Time of all 1st attempts) |
Avg. Speed to Lead (secs) | The speed at which Leads were dialed after being entered into the system. Average for all Leads during the specified date range. (avg. Time of all 1st attempts in secs) |
Avg. Speed to Contact | The speed at which Leads were contacted after being inserted into the system. Average for all Leads during the specified date range (avg. time of all contacts made.) |
Avg. Speed to Contact (secs) | The speed at which Leads were contacted after being inserted into the system in seconds. Average for all Leads during the specified date range (avg. time of all contacts made in seconds) |
Avg. Dial Attempts | The average number of dial attempts before 1st contact during the specified date range (avg. dial attempts per Lead until 1st contact) |
Leads with Speed to Lead 0-30 sec | The total number of Leads dialed within 30 seconds after being inserted into the system during the date range in column 1. (avg. time until 1st attempt per Lead under 30 sec.) |
Leads with Speed to Lead 31-60 sec | The total number of Leads dialed between 30-60 seconds after being inserted into the system during the date range in column 1. (avg. time until 1st attempt per Lead between 30-60 sec.) |
Leads with Speed to Lead 61-90 sec | The total number of Leads dialed between 60-90 seconds after being inserted into the system during the date range in column 1. (avg. time until 1st attempt per Lead between 60-90 sec.) |
Leads with Speed to Lead 91-120 sec | The total number of Leads dialed between 60-90 seconds after being inserted into the system during the date range in column 1. (avg. time until 1st attempt per Lead between 90-120 sec.) |
Leads with Speed to Lead >120 sec | The total number of Leads dialed within 120 seconds after being inserted into the system during the date range in column 1. (avg. time until 1st attempt per Lead greater than 120 sec.) |
Save Report
There are two options to save your Speed to Lead Report and other Reports.
1.) Click Export to CSV button to download as a CSV file to your device.
1.) Alternatively, click the Save Report button to open the Save Report pop-out.
2.) Configure the Save Report fields:
- (A) Name: Specify your preferred Name.
- (B) Emails: Specify which email(s) will receive the report.
- i.e., admin1@emailadress.com, admin2@emailadress.com, etc.
- (C) Frequency: Drop-down to specify a frequency for the Report to Save and send emails.
- (D) Time: Specify when you want your report to be saved.
- If not repeating this Save, then leave it at the Default of the current time.
- (E) Click Save when complete.
