The Global Settings page covers many of your Account defaults across the system. We will walk through how to configure the new StateTracker setting. This setting can only be configured from this page and will apply to all of your StateTracker Rules.
Before You Begin:
- StateTracker is a new tool that helps you maintain compliance with new Mini TCPA rules. To learn more, see Using StateTracker.
- There is a note with a link to the Global Settings page in the Rule Application section of the Edit/Add a StateTracker Rule pages.
Configure StateTracker Global Setting
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Global Settings menu option.
The Global Settings page will open. To learn more about this page, see Configuring Global Settings.
3.) Scroll down the page to find the StateTracker toggle setting, Allow Callbacks for StateTracker Blocked Leads.
4.) Click the toggle to turn the setting to Yes or No.
5.) Click the blue Apply Changes button at the bottom-right of the page.
