Introducing Convoso's Admin AI [In Beta]
Admin AI is Convoso's helpful chatbot. With Admin AI, users can ask questions in natural language, and get instant answers, insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Ask Admin AI questions like:
“What’s the average wait time of my agents?”
“What’s the drop rate in Campaign X?”
“Who are my top 3 agents in Campaign Y?”
The Convoso Admin AI chatbot eliminates hassle and delivers actionable insights to improve campaign and agent performance.

Opening Admin AI
When activated on your account Convoso's Admin AI will be accessible in the main menu bar of the Convoso Admin application.
- Click the blue Admin AI button to open the Admin AI module.
The Admin AI module will open in the bottom-right corner of the window.
(Notice the Admin AI button is grayed out when the Admin AI module is open)
Using Admin AI
The Admin AI chat window opens with sample questions such as:
- How does contact rate vary across campaigns by time of day?
- What is the average handle time per agent?
- How many calls are dropped or abandoned by agents/customers?
- Show me call volume trends over the last week
- What are the peak calling hours?
You are able to click on any question and the query will automatically submit, or you can type a question into the text box along the bottom of the chat window.
When the chatbot is thinking you will see a bubble that indicates the chatbot is thinking. Some questions may take longer than others.
The query results provides results in several ways; it breaks down and analyzes the data, it can also provide a summary, actionable insights, and/or key takeaways.
Navigating Admin AI
- Click the four corner arrows icon to expand the chatbot into it's own tab in your browser.
- Click the hyphen - icon to close the chatbot.
The Admin AI button in the top menu bar is gray when the chatbot is open, when you minimize/close the chatbot window the button will turn blue.
The expanded Admin AI chatbot window works the same as the chatbot widget in the Convoso application.
