Overview
Occasionally, you may want to download or back up a List for archiving or reporting purposes. You may also want to back up Leads before deleting them from a List. This article will walk you through downloading Leads from a specific List.

Export a List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Leads menu option.
The Manage Leads page will open.
3.) Filter By List:
- (A) Select List.
- (B) Select the List Name.
- (C) Click Search.
4.) Click Customize.
A window with sections for the types of columns available to be shown in the table.
- Agent
- Call Statistics
- Speed to Lead
- Time
- Calls
- Contact
5.) Select your columns.
- Click the checkboxes to select your columns.
- Click Save.
6.) Order your columns.
- Click Order.
- Highlight columns with your mouse and use the arrown buttons to move them up or down.
- Moving an item up moves it to the left of the table; moving it down moves it to the right of the table.
- Click Save.
7.) Click Export Lead Results.
The Export Columns window will open.
8.) Configure your preferences:
- Export all available data fields per record - selected by default
- Export only the data fields displayed below
9.) Click Submit.
A Success window will open.
10.) Click the link to view your Exports.
The Manage Exports page will open.
