When a Lead calls into an Inbound Number the system will check if the phone number the Lead is calling from is already in the Hopper.

If that phone number is already in the Hopper the system will automatically remove that Lead from the Hopper making sure that it will not be redialed too quickly.

For Example: A Lead with a phone number of 8188181245 dialed an Inbound Number. The system will check the Hopper and look for the number 8188181245. If the number is found in the Hopper the system will automatically remove the Lead from the Hopper to make sure that it will not be dialed again.
