Overview
With Convoso's Customer Billing view, you have access to real-time billing insights. Admins can now track credit usage, access invoice history, and view active subscriptions.

Accessing the Customer Billing View
1.) Click the email address in the top-right of the Main Menu bar.
2.) Click the Billing menu option.
The Billing page will open on the Invoice History tab.
Note: Admins must receive permission to view the Billing pages for Account security. Super-Admins can grant Billing access in the User's ACL. To learn more about this process, see Granting Billing View Access.
- Users without access to the Billing page will see this warning when they click the Billing menu option.
Invoice History Tab
Users can view their past invoices in the Invoices History tab and download invoices directly from this page.
The columns in this table display details for each invoice:
- Invoice Number: The number assigned to that invoice for identification.
- Amount: The total dollar charge for each invoice.
- Balance: The total left unpaid for that invoice.
- Status: Indicates whether the invoice whether the invoice is Paid, Unpaid, Overdue, or Posted.
- Invoice Date: The Calendar day when the was sent.
- Action: This column contains a download icon; click this icon to download the invoice.
Note: Page navigation buttons at the bottom-right allow you to see more pages of invoices.
Subscriptions Tab
Convoso customers can now view their existing Recurring Subscriptions to see monthly costs.
This tab includes sections for:

Recurring Fees
Fees that are charged on a consistent basis. -
Setup fees
Charges accrued during Convoso setup.
The columns in both tables are:
- Component Name: The name of the type of fee being charged. The type of fee refers to the Components of the system.
- Quantity: The amount of each Component they are paying for. Not included in the Setup Fees table.
- Price: The cost of each Component fee.
- Total: The sum of the Quantity of Components they are paying for.
Minutes/Credits Tab
Convoso has updated and moved the Minute/Credit Balance page.
This page looks the same as when it opened as a modal window via the coin stack icon. This enhances the visibility of the current balance and usage metrics in a single Customer Billing view.
This Minutes/Credits tab includes integrated tables and bar graphs.
- Real-time monitoring of credits used and remaining balance.
- Percentage breakdown for each credit type.
Note: The Minute/Credit Balance modal under the coin stack is deprecated. The Minutes/Credits tab is the only place to view this information now.
The Minute/Credit Balance bar graph section displays the percentage used of the Account balance for various components:
- Email Credit
- Ringless Voicemail Minutes
- Speech to Text
- Conversational AI/IVA Minutes
- SMS Credit
- Inbound Minutes
- Outbound Minutes
The table below the bar graphs contains columns for:

Type: These types correspond to the items displayed in the bar graphs above.

- SMS Credit
- Inbound Minutes
- Outbound Minutes
- Rate (cents): The amount the Account is charged in cents.
- Current Balance ($): The amount in dollars the Account is currently carrying.
- Refill Amount ($): Current per-minute package purchased.
- Minimum Before Refill ($): Threshold set where the system will automatically charge with Refill Amount once reached.
Note: If you would like to make any changes in regards to the amount of minutes, including the minimum balance before a refill, please contact Support.
