Set Lead Calling Order is one of Convoso's vast array of features that allows you to gain better control over how your Leads are called. 

the different parameters to help you maximize the use of these settings.

Lead Call Order: - This parameter arranges your leads before loading them to the hopper

Secondary Lead Order: - This parameter arranges your leads once they are loaded in the hopper

Use List Mix: - The List Mix feature allows you to dictate which list or lists needs to be prioritized to fill the campaign's hopper based on the preferred percentage. The Secondary Lead Order still takes effect once leads are loaded in the hopper regardless of List Mix configuration.

Lead Order Randomizer: This parameter only randomizes the Lead Call Order. The Secondary Lead Order still takes effect once the leads are loaded in the hopper.

Hopper Priority Order: Configuring this dictates which leads will be called first based on the hopper priority configured on the lead/list. If leads have similar hopper priority levels, the system determines priority based on hopper id.
