This FAQ will guide you on how to upload or import a Conversational AI script in your account.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Apps and select Conversational AI.
Under the Conversational AI page, click on the Import Conversational AI button.
If the Conversational AI file has Dispositions not yet in the account, the system will add those Dispositions.
If the Conversational AI file has a transfer number not yet in the account, you can also add them by changing the phone number.
If the external number configured is set to 9999999999 a warning will appear giving you options to Edit or Process without editing.
• Edit - allows the user to change the "9999999999" to a valid number
• Process without Editing - External number will be saved as "9999999999".
Next is to configure the Invalid, No Response and all Route To destination. The system will not allow you to process or import Conversational AI leaving these options blank. You will recieve a message "Please fill missing destinations!"
Once you configure the Destination options, then you'll be able to click on the Process button and you will receive a message that the importing Conversational AI was successful.
The new Conversational AI is now added to the list. Imported Conversational AI will have the word "-import" attached to it.
