This will guide you on how to set up a schedule to check the phone reputation and if the system finds a reputation score or scam likely that indicates the phone number is going bad, the system will notify you via email or the system will automatically replace the phone number.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Account and select Inbound numbers.
Under Manage DIDs, select the phone numbers that you would like to schedule for a reputation check.
Click on Schedule DID Replace/Notify and click on Add Selected DIDs to Schedule
Schedule DID Replace/Notify will open up.
Interval Check - Select the number of days that the system will check the phone number's reputation.
Action - Select what the system will do if it finds a phone number with a bad reputation.
- Replace - Replace the phone number with the exact area code and will notify the user via email.
- Email Notification Only - Will send an email notification about the bad reputation score of the phone number.
Email - Add an email address or multiple email addresses to this field that the system will notify.
Click on Add to Schedule when done.
A confirmation window will appear regarding the DID numbers that you selected. The charges will display as well based on the number of DIDs you selected.
Another confirmation window will appear that you successfully made changes to your schedule.
Here is the sample email notification sent out by the system.
To Edit Scheduled DID Replace/Notify, click on the Schedule DID Replace/Notify button and select Edit Schedule Settings.
Edit Schedule DID Replace/Notify window will appear. From here you can modify the DID numbers that you already scheduled.
You can remove the DID by selecting it and click on the Remove DIDs button.
Click on the Update Settings button when done.
