How to check and empty the Hopper of Leads.
1.) From the Admin Account Dashboard, click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the name of the Campaign or click the Action drop-down button in the Action column and select Settings.
The Campaign Settings page will open.
Click the Hopper tab.
Empty the Hopper by clicking the red Empty Hopper button.
The Hopper List section will be empty, it will read 0 Items in Hopper.
You can also click the Admin Logs main menu option to check when/if the action Hopper Empty Action was made.
In the Difference column, look for the action that was made to ensure it was successful.
