This article will guide you on how to assign users to a queue.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Call Center and select Call Center Queues.
Under Show Queues, look for the Queue that you would like to edit. Click on the Action button and select Settings.
On the Queue Settings, click on Assigned Users tab.
You can now select users by clicking the "<" button.
Or if you want Assign all users, click on "<<" button.
Click on Apply Changes button once your done.
