This article will guide you on how to clone an existing queue.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Call Center and select Call Center Queues.
Under Show Queues, look for the Queue that you would like to edit. Click on the Action button and select Clone.
A confirmation box will appear if you want to Clone the Queue.
Once it is cloned, it will direct you to the Main Tab, you will also notice that the name of the queue will add the word "Clone" on it.
Note: Assigned Users and Assigned Numbers will not be cloned, you have to manually assign users and assign inbound numbers to this queue.
