The Campaign report will show you how well your campaigns are performing. You will be able to see the total calls made in a campaign. By using breakdowns and filters you can find out which list has the most successes and run your lists based on past history.
From the Dashboard, click on Reports and select Custom Reports from the drop down.
Under Common Reports, click on Campaign Report
To run a report based on a specific Time range,
- Click on Date Range Button
- Select the preferred Time Range
- Click on Apply
To Add Additional Filters based on Admin’s preference,
- Click on Filters
- Add the preferred Filters
Filters - Filter results using Call Types, Users, Campaigns, Queues, Statuses, and Lists
Additional Filters - Filter lists that use the inbound number as caller ID.
Break Down - Set the results to Horizontal or Vertical Break Down.
- Click on the Apply button
The Results will be listed down below.
(Leads that were tagged as DNC- Do Not Call is added as Human Answered)
Note: If a campaign were deleted, you can still run a report but it will show the name of the campaign as "Deleted campaign (ID number)".
To download the results to your computer, click on Export to CSV and save the file.
